On behalf of the 2008 NAHQ Board of Directors, the Healthcare Quality Certification Board, and the Healthcare Quality Foundation, I am pleased to present to you NAHQ’s 2008 Annual Report, Leading Partners in Healthcare Quality. In 2008, NAHQ made great strides toward achieving our strategic goals and moving our association from “good to great.” We expanded our leadership influence in healthcare quality across the continuum of care, and unveiled and increased new member benefits to members in diverse practice settings. We also expanded our professional development offerings to include on-demand access to educational resources and enhanced CPHQ preparation courses.
