Healthcare Quality Week Webcast
“Using Data to Drive Patient Safety,” sponsored by NAHQ in collaboration with the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM), will be held Tuesday, October 21, 2008, 2 – 3:30 pm Central Time. This activity has been approved by NAHQ for 1.5 CPHQ CE credits and a total of 1.5 contact hours of CE credit toward fulfilling the requirements for the ASHRM designations of FASHRM (Fellow) and DFASHRM (Distinguished Fellow) and toward Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) renewal. This event is great for staff training, and all who participate will receive credit after an attendance list has been submitted by the institution.
