The Healthcare Quality Foundation is hosting a Line Dancing Reception on Saturday, October 2^nd from 5:30 – 6:30 PM.  With the help of instructors, we are going to release our inner performer while raising funds to support grants for fellow quality professionals.  Tickets can be purchased for just $25 and can be included with your NAHQ conference registration.  If you’ve already registered, contact member services to add it or plan to purchase tickets at the door.  Because of American Data Network‘s generous sponsorship, all ticket proceeds will directly benefit the foundation’s grant program.  HQF hosted a similar event last year in Grapevine, and over 70 people strapped on their boots to show their support.  So put on your boogie shoes, dig out your 10 gallon hat, or simply come by to enjoy the music and cheer us on.  You don’t want to miss this fun-filled Saturday evening.  HQF will also be hosting a Raffle in the exhibit hall, featuring fabulous items such as a new $500 laptop donated by MsAHQ (Mississippi) and $150 Visa gift card donated by AAHQ (Arkansas).  Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at our booth for $5 each or 5 tickets for $20.  Remember, all proceeds will be directly reinvested in HQF’s grant program so this is a great way to support our cause and win incredible prizes.  Now, that’s a great Return on Investment!  The raffle is also an excellent way for state associations to be recognized and demonstrate support of HQF.  For example, you could donate a state-themed basket or other item that will capture the essence of your state.  We hope to see you in Kansas City!  Please contact Stephanie Iorio at 501-225-5533 orsiorio@americandatanetwork.com if your state association or business would like to donate items to HQF’s Raffle.  Please visit NAHQ’s website to learn more about HQF and available grant opportunities, such as the Leadership Development Grant.
