POLICY STATEMENT
The Arkansas Association for Healthcare Quality (AAHQ) will provide members with high quality services, resources and education programs through the promotion of industry insight and external organizational sponsorships.
PROCESS
- Sponsorships will be used to enhance the ability of AAHQ to provide these services to members.
- Tiered levels of sponsorship will be used to meet the diverse needs of both AAHQ and sponsors. The levels and respective benefits are described below.
- Sponsorship, in any form, does not entitle the sponsor/vendor to participate in any AAHQ business activities or grant access to AAHQ proprietary information such as financial statements or business minutes.
Gold Sponsors
- Contributes funds or services of $1,000
- Recognition on AAHQ website to include company logo and description
- Complimentary half-page ad or article in two association newsletters (savings of $200)
- Two complimentary registrations for the AAHQ conference
- Verbal recognition at the AAHQ conference
- Company name/logo/description in the fall educational AAHQ conference registration packet
- Vendor booth space is complimentary at the AAHQ conference (savings of $350 per conference)
- Copy of association membership directory
- Examples may include a monetary gift, speaker expenses, conference meals, etc.
Silver Sponsors
- Contribute funds or services of $750
- Recognition on AAHQ website to include company logo
- Complimentary quarter-page ad or article published in two association newsletters (savings of $150)
- One complimentary registration to the AAHQ conference
- Verbal recognition at the AAHQ conferences
- Company name/logo/description in the AAHQ conference registration packet
- Vendor booth space at AAHQ conference is complimentary (savings of $350 per conference)
- Copy of association membership directory
- Examples may include a monetary gift, conference materials, etc.
Bronze Sponsors
- Contribute funds or services of $500
- Recognition on AAHQ website to include company name
- Article published in one association newsletter each year
- One complimentary registration for the AAHQ conference
- Verbal recognition at the AAHQ conference
- Company name/logo/description in the fall educational AAHQ conference registration packet
- Vendor booth space at AAHQ conference is complimentary (savings of $350 per conference)
- Copy of association membership directory
- Examples may include a monetary gift, sponsorship of conference breaks, etc.
Vendor Booth ($350)
- Vendor Booth space at one conference, to include table, linens and chairs
- Company name/logo/description in conference registration packets
