The Arkansas Association of Healthcare Quality Board is looking forward to spending the day with you on Friday, April 26, 2019, at the “How to” Basics in Quality Workshop. The 9:00-4:30 agenda at the Arkansas Hospital Association will include a hands-on approach to root cause analysis, risk analysis, project prioritization, spreadsheet development, workshop application, utilization of health information exchange, and efficiency in daily activities.
Seats are limited. Six Nursing Contact hours will be awarded. Six CPHQ continuing education hours are pending approval by the National Association for Healthcare Quality.
