Web Site Job Posting Guidelines:

Organizations are welcome to post job openings on the AAHQ web site. All submissions must be sent to the Communication Action Team Leader who will review for appropriate content. All files should be in Word format. Logos will be accepted in a .jpg or .gif file.

Initial postings must be received by the CAT Leader (Debbie Hare, dhare@wcmc.org)for them to be posted. The postings will be done within a week of receiving them. In the event that the job posting will be extended, the organization placing the post must communicate to the CAT Leader their intention to keep the position posted for additional time period; otherwise, the job posting will automatically be removed.

AAHQ will charge $50 for a 30-day web site job posting. The initial posting may be extended in 30-day increments for $25. AAHQ will send an invoice, which is payable within 15 days, to the organization posting the job o pening. AAHQ reserves the right to decline to post a job opening if the content of the job is not geared towards the AAHQ audience. AAHQ also reserves the right to remove a job posting from the website for non-payment.
